My bank transfer was rejected. Why?

There are a few reasons why your bank transfer can be rejected:

  • The bank account you’re transferring from may not have enough funds in it to make the transfer.
  • The bank account you’re transferring from may be closed.
  • The login credentials for the bank account you’re transferring from have been updated.  In the event this happens, you will be asked to re-link your bank account with the updated login credentials.
