In the Green Dot app. Tap Settings > Manage Card.

Tap Report Card Lost/Stolen.

Tap Report Card Lost/Stolen.

Enter the info requested.

Tap Next then review or update the info shown.

Your card will be deactivated, and a new one sent. A $5 card replacement fee will apply. See your Account Agreement for details.

Need to access funds on your account while you are waiting for a new card? See how.

If you require a card faster, report your card lost or stolen online and select FedEx (arrives in 2-3 business days $15 shipping fee applies).

 

Tap Next then review or update the info shown.

Tap Confirm card lost/stolen.
