Why does the amount in the account alert differ from what is shown online and over the automated telephone service?

The amount on the account​ alert is typically your balance from the night before the account​ alert was sent. To be sure, please read the entire message as it contains the date and time that your balance was taken. The balance shown online and the automated telephone service is the most current balance.​
